Gluten-free cafe in the heart of Paris "Thank you my deer" was opened in 2012 by our good friends Janka Bukovinová and Soňa Koňuchová. We met during our internship in 2008 in this fashion capital. After several years of work for the world organizations and traveling around the world, it was Janka who decided to start her own business, which would entertain and delight her at the same time. She decided to devote to gastronomy. On the street of San Maur she found a cozy place and together with Soňa they founded a gluten-free cafe. A good idea was combined with passion for healthy and delicious tastes and the company was born.

They took a risk but it paid off and their dream came true. And we were there, too. We designed for them cheerful "Deer" aprons and comfortable T-shirts, thanks to which you can recognize the pleasant staff at the cafe. A practical and interesting innovation were also "deer" eco-bags made from quality cotton that are sold in the cafe even today and you can use them to take away your healthy lunch to work or home. The products for the cafe are manufactured in Slovakia and the printing is done in an old classic technique – hand screen print.

We are loyal to the concept of the café, where all cakes and meals are handmade, from local healthy ingredients without the use of semi-products and preservatives. Our brand has the same philosophy. We produce things with love, with joy, locally and in Slovakia.
If you take a trip to Paris, certainly do not forget to stop by the cafe Thank you my deer and taste the delicacies from their current offer. You will promote a local Parisian firm, as well as our Slovak spirit. One day the owners Janka and Soňa may open the Deer in their native Slovakia, too.
